Donell Edwards Enterprises was established in April 1997.  After attending the Speaking for a Living seminar conducted by world renowned motivational speaker Les Brown, Donell returned home and started Donell Edwards Enterprises with no financial resources; only, energy, hope, determination, and an unwavering faith in God.

Donell had recently been downsized from his management position with IBM Corporation and was determined to provide for himself, his wife, and their three children by becoming a successful business owner.

As Donell says, "The world doesn't stop turning because you are having a hard time!  Life goes on."  And so he had to build his business while overcoming the effects of the loss of his home to foreclosure, personal bankruptcy, and a period when he lost confidence in himself.

Donell had to learn how to become self-motivated, because there were times when he lacked support and encouragement even from those closest to him.  It was then that he began to study and learn all that he could about motivation, to develop a new motivational paradigm that anyone could use for personal or professional development, and to help overcome adversities in life.

Donell gladly shares his knowledge and experience with his audiences and with his coaching clients, and helps his clients unleash their greatest power.

Donell Edwards Enterprises consists of our speaking division and our coaching division:

SPEAKING

We provide keynote addresses, motivational speaking, workshops, and seminars for corporations, businesses, organizations, colleges and universities, and groups.  Donell shares key elements of his New Motivational Paradigm program in his speeches.

CONSULTING

Donell Edwards Consulting was established to provide business, marketing, and public relations services to clients seeking a small firm capable of delivering big results.  Donell gained valuable experience working in management at IBM Corporation, where he annually received management training at IBM corporate headquarters in Armonk, New York, and other IBM training facilities.  He returned to college after leaving IBM and earned a degree in Business Administration and graduated Summa Cum Laude.  Donell uses that experience, combined with his years of experience working in radio advertising sales, and his education to provide service with a personal touch to his clients. 

COACHING

We offer personal life coaching as well as business coaching, by phone  and in person, for those meeting the criteria established for coaching clients.  We also offer a special Online Coaching Program for busy individuals who want life-coaching with access and availability when they need it. 

VOICEOVERS

As a veteran radio announcer, Donell has years and years of experience working in the studio doing commercials.  In addition to using his voice for commercials and other voice works, Donell also appears as a talent in TV commercials, training videos, and newspapers and magazines.

MEDIA
Donell Edwards Media was formed in December of 2008 after The College World Reporter (CWR) was established.  The CWR is an empowerment ezine for college and university students.  In the short time the CWR has been published, the ezine has attracred national career expert Terri Pile and former Secret Service agent and security expert John Enright as regular contributors.  The ezine has also featured exclusive interviews with networking guru George Fraser, and relationship expert and best-selling author, Dr. Iyanla Vanzant.  The CWR is distributed nationally and was recently approved for distribution on the campus at the University of Hong Kong in China.  Visit our website at www.CWRMagOnline.com for more information, and to subscribe to The College World Reporter.
